3 MONTH INTENSE COURSE
During this 3 month course you will benefit from hands on experience on rent to rent, serviced accommodation and deal sourcing. Be expected to work out in the field, liaise with agents and landlords to acquire your own deals during this time. Commitment, Focus, Dedication and Consistency are only a few ingredients needed to maximize this 3 month course. Accountability calls, weekly targets and activity reports will be utilized in order to track your progress and productivity. Be prepared to work and change your life in 3 months.
1 YEAR INTENSE COURSE
An intense one to one mentorship, a “hand held” programme, over the course of 12 months. This programme will consist of monthly meet ups, network liaisons, target based accountability calls and so much more. You will be put through a carefully tailored scheme of work to build sustainable life long financial independence .
